SHIPPING POLICY
We want your gift to arrive safely and on time! Here’s what you need to know:

Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take a bit longer — we’ll communicate any delays.

Shipping Address: Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues: Once your package is in the hands of the postal service, we unfortunately can’t make changes or control delays, rerouting, or lost packages. If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage charges may apply).

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once your package ships so you can follow your gift on its journey.

Gifting: If you're sending a gift directly to a recipient, be sure to enter their address during checkout. We also do not include packing slips or gift receipts with our orders, but if you'd like them to know who the gift is from, you are welcome to add a gift message to your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each item is made just for you, so here's what to expect:

Handcrafted & Made to Order: All items are handmade and customized with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll make it right!​

Cancellations: All sales are final. Cancellations are not accepted. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.
We believe in thoughtful gifting and open communication — if there’s an issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We stand by our products, and we’re here to help!

At Little Suitcase Gifts, every item is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. As a creative business, we reserve the right to refuse service and/or decline customization requests that do not align with our values or conscience.
